Corporate Sales Engineer

Role
The Corporate Sales Engineer is assigned to a specific geographic area(s) and has responsibility for working with the sales team to drive revenue. The Corporate Sales Engineer’s primary role is to maximize sales in the assigned market territory through by providing pre-sales technical support to the CORAID sales team and CORAID partners. The primary focus is aimed at sales opportunities and accounts and is achieved by collaborating with partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close transactions. It is expected that this role will increase deal win rates as well as accelerate time to close on key opportunities. If you have a passion for winning and a proven track record of success in pre sales engagements for enterprise infrastructure solutions, you should send us your resume. As a start-up company, we’re looking for people that are flexible, open minded and can wear many hats. You’ll write white papers, run demo environments, build training modules, go on site to customers and participate in developing the sales process, while working closely with a world-class management team.
Responsibilities

- * Experience with high-transaction sales (high volume deals)
- * Significant track record of quota over-achievement
- * Storage virtualization are a plus.
Corporate Sales Representative

The Corporate Sales Representative is assigned to a specific geographic area and has full quota responsibility for this territory. The Corporate Sales Representative’s primary role is to maximize sales in the assigned market territory through recruiting, building and enabling reseller channels while simultaneously creating end user demand. - * Consistent achievement with a background in exceeding quota
- * Knowledge in selling complex systems products.
- * Storage and virtualization are a plus.

- * Help Coraid's customers to use Coraid products
- * Test use cases for products under development
- * Find, create, and evaluate solution "stacks" of complimentary software and hardware
- * For example, how can xen best be used by a web application hosting service to isolate its customers from one another when Coraid's AoE-based storage targets are housing the data? What if snapshots are required? etc.
- * Create and maintain documentation and white papers
This position will involve occasional travel to customer sites.
